Check in for each camp will be 30 minutes prior to the start of camp

ITINERARY TIPS BY ISAAC VALDEZ, HARPER COLLEGE
9:00-9:15am Intro of College Coaches & words of wisdom
9:15-9:30am Dynamic Stretching
9:30-9:40am 40yd Dash (1 time)
9:40-9:50am Play Catch
9:50-10:10am Primary position training (INF, OF, C - No Pitchers)
10:10-11:00am Def eval (INF, OF, C)…GET VELO’S
11:00-11:10am Break (coaches set up hitting stations)
GROUP 1 will hit off tee’s/flips at this time
11:15-12:10 Hitting Stations (10 mins each group)
1) Hit Live on turf
2) Defense on field
3) Defense on field
4) Cage = Exit Velo then combo of tee/flips/BP
5) Cage = Combo of tee/flip/BP
11:10-12:10pm PO Stretch/play catch
12:10-12:45pm Pitchers evaluation (3 live at a time) (GET VELO)
12:45-1:00pm College Coaches words of wisdom
*Position only players will be done at 12:10 and wait until 12:45 to hear college coaches speak
Catchers - we will need you to catch the pitchers when they throw in front of the coaches. Please keep in mind that the coaches will use that time to observe your receiving skills. Take advantage of this opportunity.
All players will get their camp data (velocities, 60 times) by request within 10 days.
Hitters should use an aluminum bat. College coaches are less impressed with hitters using wood. They would rather see the ball explode off your bat.
Camp Showcase Segment: Only perform at the positions where you're truly projected as a college player. Preferably, choose your best spot! If you are an infielder, you do not need to showcase at both SS and 3B.
Showcasing at positions just to get extra looks could actually works against you rather than elevate you.
